I contacted them (I'd had no advice from them), and they said there was a delivery error and the watch was returned, and they refunded me and, should I wish to reorder I could do so on the website (starting from scratch). The watch strap is now unavailable. I asked for some information about the delivery (to prevent a subsequent problem in the future). They said they would use Australia Post next time instead, no further information given. So now I've lost money on the purchase (foreign transaction fees and refund at lower exchange rate), and I have no watch strap, and I can't get one until they are back in stock, and Hamilton was in no way proactive to let me know, I had to do all the follow up to find out that they had made a mistake.Par J Katle 2025-12-18 18:53:17
