How to manage customer reviews
You can view all your reviews and check their status (“published”, “in moderation”, or “refused”) in your Verified Reviews private platform.

You have 14 days to moderate a review under “moderation’ status. After this period, the review will be published automatically. You can use this time to put customers requiring after-sales assistance in touch with your customer service department. If the review does not comply with our transparency charter, you can send the customer a new review request so that they can update it and ensure it is compliant.
