My old Netatmo thermostat has developed a fault, namely new batteries lasted only a few hours, before the system showed that the batteries are empty and the boiler stopped working. It took 3 months of email exchanges with technical support for them to tell me that I have to purchase a new thermostat. According to users online posts, this appears to be a common problem and yet the technician kept asking questions which I have previously answered or which appeared irrelevant. I have always responded straight away bur the technicians reply has taken several days to come back.
