I lost the page while doing the photo and they get me right back where it left off. So far it is doable . After green check marks, the website said I would receive my box. Then I received email saying my box was delivered. I called in and spoke to a rep who stated there was a glitch on their end and the box was not sent due to ID and birth certificate. I went back and forth with rep asking why I receive green check marks for completion? I was told that upper scaled personnel had to make sure my forms and pictures were good in order to send in application. I started my application in February 2025 and it’s now May 2025 and still my application has not been processed. I asked for a refund of $297 and was told I would get it in 3 to 5 days.
