The arms make certain seating areas feel a little more relaxed. During setup, one chair didn’t sit perfectly flat on our floor, but adjusting the glide fixed it in a minute. Not a big deal at all. Once everything was in place, the whole seating area looked clean and updated. Support people are great, all questions answered without a problem. And we had a lot of them.
