I have been using the Beurer HK 152 XXL for three days now, and it does not seem to get sufficiently warm—even on the maximum heat setting (Level 6).
I am particularly disappointed because I previously owned this exact same model from a different distributor and I know exactly how warm it should feel at its highest capacity.
