The customer service rep was supersweet and cancelled the order and my credit card was refunded in 3 days. I then ordered the correct ring, which came very quickly and is just lovely. Please note that the "normal weight" is still pretty light in weight, but looks lovely. If you would like your ring to be a bit more solid, I'd recommend choosing heavy weight.
