Terrible customer service, hidden fees, hard to use website that only works half the time. Want to check your bag and pay for it online - it worked for me but my girlfriend couldn’t do it on phone or computer. Ended up paying 40 euro more to check it at the airport.
Oh don’t get me started on their airport system. Low staffing with the goal to be slow so that people miss their flight and have to rebook. They purposely make it so if you bag is overweight by 0.1 kg you have to step out of line and adjust it - not to mention I weighed my bag on 3 different scales at their check in: all three with different weights - I pointed this out and they said “oh my scale is the right one” - just another money grab opportunity. Ended up paying a ridiculous amount.
Just pay for the premium airline and skip FrenchBee - you’ll end up paying the same price by the time it’s all said and done.
