site reviews trekkinn.comI purchased climbing shoes on the UK website, which does not list the EU sizing. So I went with the conversion guide on their website, ordered the correct size (7.5), but they sent me a different size of shoes (UK 7).
This turned into a 3 month back and forth. They refused to engage with the evidence I sent them, I would only get automated responses which told me I needed to spend £12 to return the [wrong] product they sent me!
A month after my tracking showed it had arrived into their warehouse, they still haven't issued a refund. Even though the law says a refund should be issued within 14 days of receipt.
They also censored a review of the product (probably because I gave them 1 star), and wouldn't answer any of my questions.
The only reason they get 2 stars here is that the product I got looked like the real deal. So I guess that means the website itself isn't a scam, but I found the practices very shady.
