Am cumparat acest autoturism (Bmw 418D )bazandu-ma pe :

1. Am primit masina fara capacele de la butucii rotilor si fara covorasele din interior ( care apareau in poze ) iar voi imi comunicati ca conform politicii openlane pentru aceste bunuri nu pot solicita despagubiri cu alte cuvinte eu platesc vanzatorul sau transportatorul fura dar asta este eu suport paguba> Sa fiu fericit ca nu s-a furat mai mult de pe autoturism ??
2. In raportul de daune erau mentionate doar zgarieturi pe bara fata si spate. De fapt masina are multe probleme electrice : un alternator care nu incarca , haionul electric care nu functioneaza ( poate fi actionat doar manual ), un consumator de curent. Am pus o baterie noua de 95 Ah conform manualului , autoturismul a consumat-o stand in parcare in 3 zile. Vanzatorul stia foarte bine acest lucru deoarece a pus in masina o baterie subdimensionata ( 70Ah) si veche ( 2016), dar a ascuns cu buna stiinta aceste aspecte. In acest moment autoturismul nu poate fi nici pornit nici deplasat ( fiind cutie automata ramane blocata in pozitia P ).
NU ma intereseaza politica openlane in privinta despagubirilor. Am platit de buna credinta un autoturism vandut pe platforma openlane dar am fost inselat.. De azi incolo nu voi mai achizitiona vreun autoturism de pe openlane si voi recomanda cunoscutilor din domeniu sa procedeze la fel.. Pastrati-va legatura cu vanzatori mincinosi si cu transportatori care fura, dar nu uitati ca in aceasta relatie doar cumparatorul este cel care are baniPar % Tudorle 2025-10-31 16:42:41

Today is October 28, and I purchased the car on September 29, yet even now Openlane still doesn’t have the car in their possession; it’s somewhere with the seller.
When I contacted Openlane multiple times, they told me they had sent an email and were waiting for a response, saying there was nothing else they could do.
In the past, I worked with them through another company, and everything went smoothly. But if you’re unlucky like me, your money ends up being blocked while Openlane keeps saying they don’t have a delivery date — the one listed in the auction is only an estimate.Par I Radule 2025-10-28 08:46:20
